Artistic Director of MPOW(2022-2024)
Michigan Performance Outreach Workshop (MPOW) provides interactive arts exposure to grade school southeastern Michigan students through workshops, community partnerships, and bi-annual events called MPOW Day. As artistic director, Jackson's responsibilities include co-leading the organization, school and community outreach, curation of educational programming, facilitating workshops, etc.

Jackson teaches underrepresented
K-12 youth individual and group lessons in piano technique, beginner music theory, and songwriting with the organization, Our Own Thing Piano Program.

Curriculum Developer
(Summer 2023)
Commissioned by Wolverine Pathways to create a course using theatre to increase oracy, agency, and public speaking skills. The two-week curriculum was taught to 125 eighth graders and featured theatre games, lectures, activities, acting exercises, and writing assignments. Additionally, Jackson recruited a team of six facilitators, led professional development, and served as lead facilitator.
